| The Trust Summer Programs
The DC Children and Youth Investment Trust Corporation (Trust) funds a wide range of summer programs across the District. The Trust funds engaging, high-quality programs operated by community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, and charter schools. These dynamic programs provide a tremendous variety of activities, including arts, recreation, academic support and field trips. Each program offers unique programming for the children and youth in the neighborhood – and the ages-served and operating hours will vary by program. Children and youth who participate in the activities will receive free breakfast and lunch through the Free Summer Food Service Program. Program Dates
Programs will begin June 23, 2008, and operate through July, with some programs continuing into August (see information for each individual program). To find a community-based camp in your area, select the link below and follow the instructions.
